MDATA®

The MDATA® utility software program is utilized to review Lot History Records created by the MeasureOD® System and is included at no additional charge. This utility program allows the User the following functions for a given Laser Micrometer Lot History Record.

  • PRINT/EXPORT the results to Microsoft Excel
  • Adjust the measurement results with the CLIP RIGHT/LEFT function.This allows the USER to SCRAP the beginning/end of manufacturing runs in cases where the manufacturing process was not under control
  • Eliminate the artifacts of Measurement NOISE with the OUTLIER FUNCTION
  • Update the LHR after using the CLIP RIGHT/LEFT or OUTLIER FUNCTIONS
With the subscription model of the MeasureOD® System, all of your Lot History Records are stored on our MySQL Database [CLOUD] allowing you to access this data from any computer attached to the Internet.
